THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CONTRACTORS IN THE USA ONLY Lotus Notes Legacy Remediation-Project . The Consultant will perform baseline work, while other staff members are diverted to support the LR tasks. Job Details This position is responsible for the support of all Lotus Notes services and the associated technologies used within the Lotus Notes environment. Additional technologies supported include EskerFax, SameTime, Domino.Doc, EmailXtender, Blackberry Enterprise Server and Good Technologies. The incumbent will focus on maintaining a stable environment, upgrading to newer technologies, monitoring and resolving Remedy tickets, working closely with clients including Sr. Executives to resolve issues and working with vendors to both resolve issues and analyze new technologies. Additional project work will be assigned based on both the department's needs and the availability of time from the incumbent. The incumbent may be expected to respond to calls outside of normal business hours. From time to time the incumbent may be required to work different hours to accommodate staff vacation or sick time. Skill level: Mid-Senior The person filling this position must be an expert in all Lotus Notes services and the associated technologies used within the Notes environment. They should also have expertise in EskerFax, SameTime, Domino.Doc, EmailXtender, Blackberry Enterprise Server and Good technologies. Previous experience with Remedy will be helpful as well as past experience working closely with clients including Sr. Executives.
