I have a client whose website has been hacked for the second time. The client is a charity, and has very limited funds. As far as I can tell the only file affected is the index page. The site is running on Joomla! v. 1.5. There are two parts to this job. Firstly, I need someone to re-create the index.php file by integrating it with the existing code and database. Secondly, I need someone who can close any vulnerabilities in the existing code to prevent the site from being hacked a third time.
