RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and Develop Framework Quality Software. Identify framework requirements from business, architecture and infrastructure projects. Understand the business direction and propose and build framework components ahead. Will be expected to work in a very agile environment with loose or constantly changing requirements. SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong Experience in developing Web based enterprise applications involving high volume using the following technologies: JAVA, XSL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, RAD, Eclipse, Oracle 9i/10g/11g, Web Services. Strong Development Experience with Struts 2, Spring 2.5.x or above, Web Services and Hibernate is a must. Experience with Struts or Spring MVC Experience with Java, OOAD, Component Design and Construction. Diverse technology experience (caching, database, web services). Should be good in test driven development. Expert in Multi Threaded Java Programming. Should have full life cycle methodologies experience, including design, analysis, development, production deployments and support. Experience with SQL, PLSQL for Oracle is a big plus. Ability to grasp and translate complex business rules in to executable Java, j2ee code. Knowledge and experience in applying industry standard Design Patterns for web application development. Should have a good understanding of the design patterns. Should be a technologist who understand how Java works and not just know how to write Java code. DESIRED: Experienced in Agile Development Methodologies. Must be able to develop/use Use cases, class diagrams and sequence diagrams and implement them. Experienced in Agile Development Methodologies. Unix/AIX knowledge. Application Server administration knowledge and production monitoring experience.
