This position provides business IT infrastructure management, business analysis, project management, IT asset management, and application support for the Generation Business. This position requires extensive business knowledge of the applications, infrastructure, and business processes which support regulatory compliance and Generation business operations. The role is focused, but not limited to: - Analyzing business needs to assist in providing IT solutions - Installation and support of Generation business applications - Installation and support of Generation business hardware and infrastructure - Software and hardware license compliance management - Liaison between infrastructure IT support groups and the business unit representatives Operational systems include: work management, electricity marketing, natural gas purchasing, and load forecasting; safety applications such as protective tagging; compliance applications such as emissions monitoring and reporting; and power plant predictive maintenance applications. Frequent travel to the Generation Business locations is required. A Bachelor's degree with a Computer Science or IT focus preferred. A minimum of three years' experience with the technological platforms described above is required.
