We require white hat techniques only. You should provide a report with an excel file containing: 1. URL of page where link is located. 2. The ip of the website 3. Google PR of the web page 4. Used anchor text One other thing: This is for a Lawyer/Attorney site, so if you can place the links on relevant pages, that could help you win the auction.
