French speaking Translation Project Coordinator LANGUAGES French LOCATION Buckinghamshire (20 mins. from central London) COMPANY AND BACKGROUND Our client is an international and very successful translation company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To join their client services team, they wish to recruit a French speaking Client Coordinator. Your role will include the following duties and responsibilities: Manage and process all incoming orders and oversee the whole order project, from start to finish Organise for all texts and documents to be translated and then category filed Adhere to national and international legal regulations concerning text filing Be the point of contact for any queries which may arise during the order process Manage relationships with client, freelance translators, agents, and other in-house staff Raise invoice to client CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS Fluent French & English Educated to degree level in a languages discipline Previous administration experience Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work under pressure and prioritise the workload Attention to detail Strong customer service focus Ability to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide range of people SALARY £19,250 + benefits ( Private Healthcare Pension and life assurance scheme) To be considered for this opportunity please click the Apply Now button and send your CV to us.
