Income Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire - Commutable from Gloucester, Great Malvern, Hereford, Worcester and Cheltenham Circa £18,896 pa plus benefits Initially 9 months, this could be extended to 12 month - Fixed Term Contract Our client, a progressive and forward-thinking housing association, is looking for an Income Accounts Assistant to join their Income Collections team in Mitcheldean. This contract is initially for 9 months (this could be extended to 12 months) and the salary is circa £18,896 per annum. The Income Accounts Assistant will assist in the day-to-day administration and control of the Housing Rent accounting System, under the direction of the Senior Income Accounts Assistant. This role will involve dealing with all aspects of rent account maintenance including cash activities, debit / credit adjustments following tenancy amendments, and direct debit and standing order calculations and input. The Income Accounts Assistant will have experience in accounting administration or systems accounting management role (or similar). You must be experienced in delivering a high standard of customer service and show good written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to direct and manage your own workload as well as work jointly and effectively with others. This role will be subject to a suitable CRB check.
