Experis are recruiting on behalf of one of the biggest Outsourcing companies globally, looking for a Qualified Accountant with post qualification experience to work in a Business Partnering role, liaising with Commercial, Operations, Programme/Portfolio Directors and Project Analysts. Able to understand a complex client contract and its financial and commercial implications on the business. You will be pro-actively involved in improving reporting and processes across Finance. Ownership of monthly actuals and rolling 7 month forecasts and the interpretation of variances from a financial, commercial and delivery perspective, with the ability to make recommendations to drive performance. Ownership and interpretation of a detailed monthly reporting pack and presentation of the position at monthly reviews to senior management and business leaders. Understand business risk factors, materiality and revenue recognition principles. Identify and address issues which affect business performance. Good understanding of balance sheet control. Production of ad hoc reports and analysis to support and to enable decision-making.
