The permanent senior web developer has recently been asked to undertake a number of significant new developments to support a new CRM solution which will be deployed across the organisation over the coming months. During this period it will be necessary to backfill his current role which includes leading and mentoring a small team of 2 web developers and 1 web graphic designer and it is for this reason this temporary position has arisen. My client is a very busy and agile organisation and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of managing and juggling changing priorities and be very competent in managing the expectations of our users. This contract differs from a 'normal' contract insofar as there are no clearly defined deliverables.
