SAP CRM (IS-U) Consultant x2 - 12 Months ++ - Belgium, Brussels Our client is currently looking for a SAP CRM Consultant for a 12 month contract (+ extension) in Brussels, Belgium (however there maybe a need to work on two other IS-U projects). The Client:- A large scale consultancy (FTSE 500) - three projects under way. The role:- Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting & Support to Utilities company of SAP CRM. Will be overall responsible for the delivery of Managed Services for SAP CRM and its sub modules as Module Lead. Consultant should possess good understanding of Utility industry processes related to CRM (eg customer interaction centre (CIC), configuring Front Office process, resolving replication issues between CRM and ISU) in De-regulated market. Skills Required:- Should have very good knowledge of CRM (4.0/5.0 & 7.0) integrated with SAP IS-U (based on ECC 6.0) in a Gas & Electricity De-regulated market Should possess business process knowledge for utilities in De-regulated market Should have relevant experience in implementing or supporting SAP ISU-CCS solution Extensive experience with supporting CRM 7.0 WebIC Good Functional knowledge in Front Office Processes, Contracts/Contact Management, Account Management. In-depth knowledge of configuring CRM Module Experience with CRM customer interaction centre (CIC), configuring Front Office process, resolving replication issues between CRM and ISU Strong understanding of CRM integration points with complimentary modules Should be able to provide integrated solution for the business scenario touching across other modules (eg SAP CS, SAP Billing. SAP FICA). Should have experience in creating detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement the solution using the standard solutions in SAP. Hands on experience on all the testing aspects (Integration testing/Functional testing etc) Should have good Blueprinting experience Should be aware of touch points with other modules and systems.
