Sales, Training and Operations Assistant
A company based in Wimbledon are looking to recruit a 'Sales, Training and Operations Assistant'. This role is a maternity cover contract, for a minimum of 12 months. The role incorporates the following - To provide day-to-day support for the sales team as directed by the Sales, Training and Operations Co-ordinator, including administrative support for individual accounts. To assist the Directs and Telesales teams by inputting orders into Sage when cover is required. To provide administrative support on projects as required, e.g. B2B Directs 24 hour on-line ordering system and Sage CRM for the field team. To liaise with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure all web content on Amazon and other internet accounts is accurate and up-to-date. To carry out store audits to look at competitor activity and price check as and when required. To take part in sampling events in London and the South East as and when required by the Directs / National Accounts team in key customers. To ensure there is an optimum level of stationery at all times to prevent shortages and excessive overstock and to keep it organised and tidy. Assist the Sales, Training and Operations Co-ordinator with trading terms and ensure they are accurate and up to date by checking against Sage. Issue price increase letters 3 months prior to the annual price increase. You MUST have the following skills / experience - Qualifications English and Maths to GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) Key Skills Essential Previous experience of working in an administrative role · Strong administration skills · IT literate in using Word, including mail merge, Excel and PowerPoint to intermediate level · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Ability to work accurately with attention to detail · Well organised and able to prioritise work effectively This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation with excellent career potential and superb staff benefits.
