First Floor is ******'s creative space for young people aged 11-19. We are seeking Freelance Artists with experience of working with young people aged 15-19 who are NEET, not in education, employment or training. We are also seeking Freelance Artists with experience of working with young people with learning disabilities aged 14 - 25. Artforms: drama/theatre, music, visual art First Floor � ****** are looking for music practitioners, visual artists and drama workers to extend the range of freelance artists we have available for our programmes of work. We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience of engaging and working with hard to reach, hard to engage young people who are not in Education, Employment or Training. To deliver quality programmes of work with excellent outcomes. They should be dynamic in their approach and have a proven track record of motivating young people. We are also looking for artists who have experience of working with young people with learning disabilities, who can devise and deliver creative, challenging workshops to develop the potential of young people who attend the Buzz projects at First Floor.
