TEM Business Analyst

Role Description: Main Function The role is for a business analyst, responsible for providing support to the TEM program within the TEM Administration team. The Business Analyst will coordinate all administrative, reporting and project related activities for the assigned cluster in addition to cross cluster work with other BA's in this role globally. Main Duties TEM Team Involvement At all times maintain open communications and work in partnership and collaboration with other members of the TEM Administration team. TEM Vendor Relationship and Work ManagementEnsure work is being done in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with a focus to improve and optimize services and increase efficiency. Telecom Vendors Management SupportCoordinate the on-boarding and on-going relationships of new Telecom vendors with the Sourcing, IT Network operations and Finance areas to ensure that all contracts and services are correctly reflected in the TEM data base. Business Management Meet and Work with Business units to produce required cost and usage reports, in addition to Involvement in strategic cost save projects. Assist network operations on queries related to provisioning, inventory updates and problem management related to TEM. Financial Management Support Maintain oversight of the business rules and processes in conjunction with the telecom inventory, the Accounts Payable queue, paid invoice invoices log, allocation tables and accrual postings with the overall objective of quality control. Tool Development SupportDrive the TEM tool/application enhancements and increased capabilities based on Barclays specific business requirements. Governance"Audit - Ensure that the TEM vendor is compliant with all relevant Barclays Policies and Procedures and that all appropriate documentation is available in the event of an audit Person Requirements: Essential Strong computer skills with advanced capabilities using MS -PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, MS Projects, Visio * Comfortable manipulating excel to produce metrics, pivot tables, charts, etc * Proficient with MS-Project for plan creations/maintaining * Proficient with MS PowerPoint for the creation of presentations Excellent written and verbal communications Strong attention to detail skills and ability to juggle multiple projects Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management Team Player Similar work experience preferred Prior analyst experience within either the telecommunications or information technology fields. Preferred Business or computer degree training. Previous Project Management or Business analyst experience within a mid-sized to large organization. IT Invoice validation reconciliation experience.
