I am currently recruiting for an E-commerce Business Analyst to be based out of South West London. My client requires the following: * Working with customers to understand their commerce solution requirements * Matching core software capabilities with requirements * Understanding key use cases and user experience requirements and translating them into well defined requirements * Single point of contact for customer issues/queries * Maintaining effective communications between customer and project team(s) Experience of working with Hybris is also beneficial.
