Office Assistance
Solar Shop Europe is a solar parts wholesaler with a core customer base of trade installers as well as end users. Delivering renewable products to customers throughout UK and Europe, our working environment is fast paced and relies on organisation and team work to ensure our customers receive products on time and are fully satisfied. Your main starting role will be to handle incoming calls passing them onto correct members of staff and taking messages when unavailable. When not dealing with customers you would be responsible for building and maintaining our customer data base in excel. Once confident we would expect the chosen candidate to take orders from customers, sending them out to the warehouse as well as developing a technical understanding of our product range. Ideal candidates will; - Be well organised and enthusiastic to learn in our fast growing industry - Have an excellent telephone manner - Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel - Have experience using spreadsheets and data capture (basic level) - Punctual and friendly - Be looking for a permanent job, in case the chance arises for you to stay on Previous experience in technical/trade industries would be desirable; however we require no advanced qualifications as long as you have an enthusiasm to learn.
