Field IT Systems & CRM Applications Trainer - Global Automotive Manufacturer Contract (Home based) with trips to Surrey �35,000 + car, Laptop, mobile phone, fuel card Full time contract until December 2013 We are looking for an experienced CRM applications trainer to deliver first class end user training to showroom staff in a leading motor manufacturer dealer network. The main focus of the role will be on the delivery of training for new CRM and Contact Management application, though instructional design skills will also be required as you contribute to the development of training approach, materials and e-learning modules to support the system roll-out. Having helped develop the materials you will provide dealer sales staff with on-site, application training to enable them to effectively utilise the new CRM and Contact Management system. During roll-out you may also need to deal with other technical/system related issues raised during the training such as the system usage, configuration or functionality. The role is home based but will require some time at Head Office in Surrey and then predominantly on-site at dealerships around the country. Extensive travel in the UK will be expected. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: > Solid IT training or teaching background, experienced in delivery of end user software training > Good working knowledge of CRM and Customer Contact Management systems > General experience of IT systems, Windows based applications and MS Office > An understanding of technical concepts including: databases, multi-tier application architectures and distributed web applications > Effectively manage and solve complex problems through problem-solving > Excellent communication and presentation skills - literate, numerate and articulate > Educated to �A� Level standard. An understanding of the automotive retail environment would be an advantage though not essential. (It is important to note that this role is sales and not aftersales focussed).
