Description of the organization and its target audience We are a branch of a nation-wide residential mortgage lender known as Primary Residential Mortgage. We lend FHA, USDA, 203K, VA and conventional loans. We are looking to create a logo that makes our branch stand out from the rest of the corporation to create somewhat of our own identity. Our target audience are Realtors, home buyers and those looking to refinance their homes. We also provide marketing services for members of the Real Estate industry, including workshops on marketing using social media, and creating videos and print materials for them.  We would like a logo that promotes a "local" or "community" feel to it.
