Excellent opportunity for experience marketing coordinator to join our Colchester based client for a initial 6 month contract. Your role will be to manage and uphold the creative process from inception to finished product, ensuring succinct successful messages within accepted corporate guidelines in accordance with the approved Marketing Plan. The Role Assist in the planning and execution of all marketing activity in accordance with agreed budgets, sales volumes, product mix and timescales Create and manage new briefing processes To be responsible for the creation of and management of new corporate guidelines Attend all briefing meetings and ascertain relevance and coherence of all briefs, and, if necessary, assist in the creation of the brief Drive the creation of the timing plan to ensure brief and subsequent production runs smoothly and within allocated time frame Collate all information from selected industry and education publications, and plan and implement advertising campaigns, primarily for brand awareness, and occasionally for tactical campaigns Liaise regularly with catalogue production and the web team primarily for marketing briefs, monitoring production, style, content, and scheduling To liaise with all internal departments as and when necessary forging successful working partnerships Collation of material as and when necessary or relevant, for the writing of editorial content Creation of direct marketing letters to accompany tactical mailings Proof reading of editorial/welcome/filler content of all publications and “making sense” of all artwork Review and comment upon all publications for overall style and ease of navigation Organise and attend exhibitions where necessary, occasionally taking ownership to help ensure smooth processes and successful outcome Attend internal and external meetings as required Support and manage a data team Report on outcomes of marketing activities in relation to expectations to be included in monthly reports Responsible for all sponsorships, memberships and key event activity in accordance with agreed budgets.
