THE ROLE - Optimisation of campaigns to achieve commercial and communication targets (open rate, CTR, conversion rate etc.). - Supporting the Marketing Manager in the development of CRM and SEO channel plans and strategies. - Produce agency briefs, overseeing their development and ensuring effective implementation. - Work with key internal stakeholders, particularly Brand and Comms, Digital, IT and Product to facilitate implementation of marketing initiatives. - KPI reporting for CRM and SEO channel activities. - Manage costs and budgets within acceptable parameters. - Apply your intelligence and energy to being a world class part of a very talented team. THE PERSON - Previous eCommerce experience essential. - Real flair for managing relationships including Campaign management. - email and eCRM experience. - Solid grasp of SEO. - Outstanding digital marketer with ambition and commercial nous. - Outstanding communicator and relationally strong. - Graduate with high intellect and energy ideally with a marketing qualification. - Highly analytical with a curiosity and understanding of digital customer behaviour. - Passionate, meticulous, motivated, quick thinking.....
