The role includes planning, advertising, public relations and research. You will be communicating and networking with target audiences and partner organisations promoting our services and also managing customer's relationship. Weekly schedule includes: -Develop a tactical plan to bring customers from other countries (courses and accommodation) -contributing to and developing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters; -Research and database building for partnerships in other countries (student agencies, Universities, language schools, etc) -Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist publications) -Introducing our company to prospective partners in other countries -Updating company Social Network Accounts (Twitter, Facebook, MySpace) -Translating texts and adapting our marketing materials -Answering telephone calls and managing appointments -Replying emails from prospective customers -Visiting properties to do viewings with prospective residents -Proceeding check-ins and check-outs on our accommodation properties -Dealing with day-to-day issues and questions (customers and prospective customers) -Attending weekly meeting to discuss weekly tasks and goals What we offer: For students looking to stay up to 6 months we offer £50 per week plus commission on sales (from £10 to £120 per service/package sold), a monthly travel card (metro and bus) and 10% discount on our accommodation prices.
