Customer Services Agent / Customer Service Advisor Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire 35 hours flexi - Sunday to Sunday - 11.00pm - 8.00am Shift Pattern 3 Month Fixed Term Contract £15,800 This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service candidate to join an expanding Contact Centre team. Our client is currently looking for x12 Customer Service Agents to join their already existing successful team. This service will focus on successful resolution of inbound calls from consumers in relation to their Prepaid Cards. Their focus will be on providing an excellent Customer experience and endeavouring to provide a first level resolution to their query. They are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and enjoy working within a team environment whereby there will be monthly incentive plan in place. You will be responsible for providing customer support by phone and email and will serve as the primary contact for inbound customer issues, escalating more technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department. You will exceed the Client service level expectations, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time and cases/calls per hour. Troubleshooting customer problems, you will identify the root cause of the problem, and using tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems. You will update customer information and ensures accurate entry of contact information. Our client's ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction. A passion for what you do and a can-do attitude, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. With previous experience within a Call Centre environment, ideally with debit / credit or prepaid cards you will have the ability to learn and grow as the service we provide develops. You will be able to work both independently and as a team player with a flexibility to work the above shift pattern to respond to changes in customer demand The role is initially a 3 month fixed term contract but there may be scope for the position to become permanent.
