Duties and Responsibilities Generating mood and concept work in challenging situations Creating engaging solutions that inspire users and meet business goals Communicating effectively within the organisation Ability to produce and present work confidently and effectively A clear understanding of customer-centred design and the process Offer technical and design expertise and direction into proposals and presentations Candidate Requirements In-depth knowledge of XHTML and CSS Web Design/PHP/MySQL/Javascript/Photoshop and Flash – are not essential but desirable An understanding and ability to inspire the creative process within a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people from all disciplines, both within and outside the team To be able to establish rapport and good working relationships with clients Ability and willingness to learn new technologies Team player - and can-do attitude Ability to multi-task and prioritise work Genuine experience in a website design/development role is essential along with a first rate portfolio of work is a must as is the ability to think on your feet and contribute to the growth of this successful company contact us now.
