JOB DESCRIPTION Salesforce.com Developer Lexington, KY GROM's client is seeking an Applications System Analysis/Software Developer for a growing division of their global firm. The role is for an initial 6 month duration; however, it is renewable. The Analyst/Administrator is responsible for being the primary subject matter expert for delivering and supporting this new divisions software solutions for the enterprise. They are responsible for partnering with the business to analyze complex business opportunities and identifying solutions related to those opportunities. They are responsible for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing solutions that meet user requirements by configuring their products configure/price/quote system settings and options; developing and maintaining tables; developing, testing and deploying complex system configurator models; developing tests and deploying Commerce rules and Document Engine; planning and executing appropriate testing; and creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements. These products integrate into the majorty of the ERP solutions in the marketplace including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Seibel, etc.. Responsibilities include: * Primary subject matter expert for all their software solutions * Perform analysis of business needs to identify appropriate solutions * Design and configuration of their software products Configurator and Document Engine environments * Participate in all phases of system lifecycle including analysis, requirement definition, solution design, configuration/development, testing, deployment, and support * Provide daily support of customers implementations * Participate in Scrum process Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their interaction with business processes * 5+ years of combined experience in software development * 3+ years of experience with database modeling and SQL * 3+ years of experience with business process, workflow and translating them into system requirements * Experience working with Salesforce.com and other major ERP integration * Experience/knowledge of Advanced Configuration, Commerce, Document Engine and Query Language * Design, configuration, customization and development experience with Salesforce a plus GROM Associates provides consulting services for Information Management Systems in a wide range of industries.
