In this role you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and operations of the client's storage infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Daily maintenance and operations of NetApp storage infrastructure * Provisioning * Case Management * Review environment for adherence to NetApp best practices * Perform updates as needed to bring environment up to date Required: * NetApp – 3+ years of experience with NetApp hardware and best practices * Strong Windows background * Experience setting up MS SQL Server * Credible with the ability to act as an authority on best practices in a trusted advisor role * Experience with a major storage vendor is a must * Personable, works well with the client - but comfortable doing break fix * Team player * Highly consultative person with experience in NetApp environment * Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues * Experience with SnapVault and SnapMirror products * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work with formal change-control processes Preferred: * SAN background * HDS storage administration Desired Skills: Network Administrator Network Architect Network Engineer Network Specialist Network Programming Keywords: Other IT & Programming
