Anti-spam plug-in 11. Appropriate security. 12. Site needs to be user friendly, secure and reflective of the organization's current style, vision etc as noted on current website. 13. Applicant must demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of WordPress, widgets, etc 14. Applicant must present names, email and phone number of references (references must be clients for whom you have developed a WordPress site for) 15. Include in the proposal statement of work, design methodology, site content, other development services available, projected schedule and timeline, hourly rate or project rate, estimated number of hours, after viewing our current website submit a proposed site map, determine if we need a landing page; include a description of your work habits-response time to questions etc., method of communication, include any recommendations that we might not have included here.
