I need a Page where users can register a free account and upload a picture every month. All pictures are private and not public. The users should have the following possibilities: -manage account -upload picture with comment -change/delete uploaded pictures -view the uploaded pictures as a timeline with the comment and the date For the users it is only possible to generate one timeline, like a diary. Also there should be a e-mail reminder if users forget to upload a picture.
