E-commerce Merchandising Manager, Nottinghamshire, £40k, 6 month contract One of the world`s leading retailers within its field is currently looking for an E-commerce Merchandising Manager to join its head offices based in Nottinghamshire on a 6 month contract. Sitting within the E-commerce Department and reporting to the Head of E-commerce, the role will involve managing all content and products available via the ecommerce platform. Key responsibilities will include… - Selecting the product range and delivering forecasts and orders in line with seasonal processes - Delivering seasonal launches and managing inventories and product catalogue creations - Managing and executing online photography, product descriptions and content - Being held accountable for the calendar management for landing pages, special offers and emails - Producing monthly reports to inform category managers of product sales and trends - Producing daily and weekly sales data analysis, reporting and action plans to improve sales - Managing the photography budget - Managing the Assistant Merchandiser, the Content Coordinator and any Merchandising interns The ideal candidate will have previous experience, ideally gained within an ecommerce merchandising role in the retail sector. They will have a background in inventory management and stock control and be competent using ecommerce and web analytics tools.
