HSS Hire are currently looking for a Legal Clerk to join their busy team in Head Office, based in Mitcham. This role is a 6-Month contract to cover maternity leave. Duties required are: · Completion of Online Court Forms. · Moving cases forward on expiry of application deadline. · Passing matters to Bailiffs and Sheriffs. · Dealing with solicitors for recovery of debts outside England & Wales . · All other Legal Team duties : Write Offs, file closures etc · Assistance to the Credit Sanction Team for new accounts and database changes. The candidate should be proficient in Word, Excel & Internet applications. Full training will be provided on additional systems Spanner and Open Accounts.
