Computer People has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Java Developer who either has the ability or experience to be an architect for a major E-commerce website build in Java. This is a greenfield project for my client so the role is pivotal to business success. This role will involve working in a fast moving environment and you will need to be solid technically as well as communicate with the business comfortably. Therefore, strong communication is a must. Technical skills required are as below: -Java, JSP, Servlets, LDAP, Portlets, EJB, JDBC, JNDI -SQL and ORACLE -XHTML, HTML5, JQuery, CSS3, AJAX, JavaScript, JSON -XML / XSLT This role is based in the East Midlands and is at least 3-6 months with potential for longer.
