Our client, a world leading pharmaceutical company, discovers, develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of innovative, value-added pharmaceutical products for both humans and animals around the world. They are currently a Market Access Analyst for a 6 month contract at their Surrey facility. JOB ROLE: The Market Access Analyst will support the Market Access team members with their assessment of pricing strategy proposals submitted by countries (both developed and emerging markets), the generation of pricing certificates and standard reports and maintenance of SharePoint sites. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include: Review and assess the different aspects of pricing strategy proposals submitted by countries Assessment of compliance with Global Pricing Policy and/or Regional price levels Assessment of business rationale for the proposal Profitability assessment Assessment of cross-border risk Integration of different aspects of the assessment to make a recommendation on the decision to approve or reject the pricing proposal Compliance with the governance process for endorsement and approval of pricing strategy proposals QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Degree with finance or medical / pharmaceutical background Experience of working with databases and manipulating data PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: Fluent in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills IT Literate BENEFITS OF THE ROLE: This Company that has been consistently recognised as one of the nation's best employers offers state of the art R&D facilities and workplaces that have been designed to meet their employees' needs with flexible hours, childcare centres, health and fitness facilities and sports and recreational opportunities.
