Caregiver Services Inc (CSI), Florida's largest Nurse Registry has assignments available for Florida licensed RNs, LPNs, CNAs and HHAs with 75 hour training certs. We currently are staffing caregivers throughout Brevard County to work with elderly clients and individuals with special needs. We are also provide Supplemental Staffing for Nurses and CNAs. With CSI you are an Independent Contractor and can choose your own hours and select assignments that fit your schedule. Requirments to Register: Current and valid Florida Nursing or CNA license or 75 hours training cert for HHA Valid CPR and CEUs ( HIV/Aids, Domestic Violence, Alzheimers, Assisting the Client with Self Meds or Medical Errors for all nurses) A doctor's physical (6 months or newer) with a TB test, chest xray or Health statement Reference information for 3 work related references 2 pieces of Id such as driver's license and SS card Auto Insurance Malpractice Liability Insurance Some assignments working with special needs clients will require additional CEUs All caregivers are required to have a Level II Background check
