Our client is currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support IT delivery support teams pertaining to SharePoint data and site ownership/content. This person will also be responsible for data inventory utilizing set parameters and discussion points. Roles and Responsibilities: * Create reports based on the needs of the end-user * Gather, analyze, and normalize relevant information related to and from business processes, functions, and operations in order to evaluate data credibility, and determine ownership and content type * Provides support to the business in the delivery of reporting needs * Performs other duties as assigned Junior Data Analyst Requirements: Education: * Associate degree or equivalent experience Experience: * 1 - 3 years Skills: * Familiarity with SharePoint (SharePoint workflows, InfoPath forms, lists and libraries) * Content administrator skills * Strong attention to detail and strong data-entry skills * Data Analysis and Reporting Skills * The ability to handle highly sensitive information with data privacy issues with professionalism * High level of communication * Ability to work well within dynamic team environment * Ability to take direction and work in fast-paced environment * Understands appropriate procedures, policies, practices, systems and regulations * Demonstrates business and organizational acumen of disciplines and client function * Recognized for technical/ functional abilities * MS Office skills
