My Client is a Global information technology services company looking for a Contract Manager for a fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of all CNNs and proposals on large accounts. Job requirements: - Provision of support and analysis of contract changes and communicating the impact of those changes to the overall business model. - Ensure that audit trail exists for all transactions with the client and that the General Manager and team are well versed in how to maintain audit trail as part of sound risk and dispute management. - Supports Account team in contractual discussions with the client around contract change and new business proposals - Drafts/reviews contract change notices to ensure compliance with the main agreement and evaluates the financial/commercial impact on the company - Ensures contracts are monitored and commercial exposure is identified, works with the relevant commercial director to ensure that these are reported and mitigation plans are put on place, agreed and monitored - Undertake modelling activities in support of the CNN's and have strong engagement and influence both client side and within the company - Ensure that CNN's are processed within the contractual SLAs - Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance contract management performance - Contributes to budget and forecasting process to ensure consistency and stability of financial forecasts Skills Required - Contract management experience - Good understanding of commercial contract terms of IT outsource contracts and their impact on commercial risk and profitability - Ability to draft commercial contract schedules, contract terms and contract change notes - Ability to manage demands properly Qualifications Required - Ideally MCIPS - Ideally degree level Keywords contract manager, contract management, procurement, commercial, IT outsource, sourcing Visa Required: Applicants must be eligible to work in the specified location Job start date: 20-08-2012 Job duration: 9 months Keywords: Legal
