10-month contract Summary: Support IT delivery support teams pertaining to SharePoint data and site ownership/content. Data inventory utilizing set parameters and discussion points. Roles and Responsibilities: · Create reports based on the needs of the end-user. · Gather, analyze, and normalize relevant information related to and from business processes, functions, and operations in order to evaluate data credibility, and determine ownership and content type. · Provides support to the business in the delivery of reporting needs. · Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education: · Associate degree or equivalent experience Experience: · 1 - 3 yrs Skills : · Familiarity with Sharepoint (Sharepoint workflows, InfoPath forms, lists and libraries). · Content administrator skills. · Strong attention to detail and strong data-entry skills. · Data Analysis and Reporting Skills. · The ability to handle highly sensitive information with data privacy issues with professionalism. · High level of communication. · Ability to work well within dynamic team environment. · Ability to take direction and work in fast-paced environment. · Understands appropriate procedures, policies, practices, systems and regulations. · Demonstrates business and organizational acumen of disciplines and client function. · Recognized for technical/ functional abilities. · MS Office skills.
