Will be responsible for thought and design leadership from a functional standpoint in North American Payroll, requirements gathering, Fit/Gap analysis, functional design and documentation. Need to have extensive experience with creating detailed Fit/Gap documents and adherence to SDLC. Will also be responsible for writing test scripts and managing test cycles.
