This Quality Assurance & Testing Senior works in the Enterprise Testing Services (ETS) organization to design, develop, and implement test procedures; test plans & test cases in support of testing objectives. You will implement quality assurance methodologies to ensure product and applications comply with the Brand and standards (CDP methodology, SLCI solution life-cycle and HIPAA and SOX regulations, etc.). As a Quality Assurance & Testing Senior you will be required to test Local and National initiatives. You will communicate effectively with the ETS Lead, ETS Manager, business, project management and other IT teams to review project documentation and determine testing needs. You will create Testing Dashboards to communicate project status and include metrics for continued process improvements. You will use your testing experience to report & resolve defects in Quality Center. As a senior tester, you will work independently and work with your lead and peers when guidance is required. You will report open issues and ensure that sufficient documentation is available to solve technical problems. You will provide Test Summary documentation to communicate risk assessments and provide input so that a recommendation on the quality of the system can be made by your management. As a Senior Tester you must demonstrate that you deliver on commitment. Quality Assurance & Testing Senior Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another technical field Minimum 4-7 years of experience in functional, system or integration testing Highly proficient in writing test documentation (plans, test cases, status report), executing test cases & identifying defects Experience with Testing Tools (etc Mercury Quality Center) Proficient at Designing and Developing Testing Procedures Ensure Compliance with Established Methodologies Strong communications/interpersonal/organizational skills a must Self motivated, self-directed and independent thinking yet team player Proven ability to build strong partnerships with technical and business partners Work experience in health care environment is preferred
