Hot Line CS Reps: -2 plus years of call center experience (preferably inbound). -Exposure to a production / performance base setting. Able to handle high call volume. -High accuracy conversion and resolution rate. -Swiftly adapt to a fast-past, ever changing environment. - Excellent oratory and written skills. -Delivers superb customer service. This position will be pulling calls from their "hotline" voice mail message machine from "que" and providing customer service. Job entails inbound/outbound calls, order processing, data entry, and trouble shooting (will be trained extensively on this, will be using the computer to look up model numbers and parts schematics). Quick & detailed oriented. Prefers someone who is technically inclined ie: electronics/mechanical aptitude. Someone who has worked for Fry's or Best Buy would be a good fit.
