Recruiter with experience working in a high-volume staffing role is needed to provide superior support to a busy Recruiting Team. The position requires an individual to be extremely analytical in researching hiring trends, as well as salary trends, and developing the best plan of action for staffing current and future positions. Individual must possess superior verbal and written communication skills. The position entails Full Lifecycle Recruiting, analyzing recruiting trends, and building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and HR personnel. Responsibilities: ? Build long-lasting relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, members of the Recruiting team, current and prospective clients, as well as current and future candidates. ? Focus on maintaining strong relationships with those involved in the Recruitment Program, especially the clients and candidates. Maintain frequent communication with clients in order to strengthen the Recruiting Team?s understanding of the open positions. ? Remain knowledgeable of the hiring needs of clients. Analyze hiring trends and relay information to Recruitment team for a successful outcome. ? Write, edit, and post accurate and up-to-date job advertisements for potential candidates. Successfully navigate through the various online search databases and identify candidates for current and future positions. Understand each job order fully in order to effectively staff for the position at hand in a timely manner. ? Establish a solid pipeline of candidates for immediate positions, as well as positions anticipated by the Recruiting Team. Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of work experience in Recruiting and education. ? At least 7 years of experience with Full Lifecycle Recruiting, with an emphasis on IT, but also experience with Finance, Risk, Corporate Affairs and Regulatory Relations. ? Previous experience working in a high volume Recruiting position desired. ? Understanding of Federal Regulations concerning New Hire Practices (EEOC, Affirmative Action, etc.) Previous experience with Human Resources a plus. ? Previous experience recruiting for a wide variety of positions (technical, administrative, etc.). ? Extensive knowledge of Full Lifecycle recruiting. Understanding of the Full Lifecycle hiring process (sourcing, qualifying, recruiting, legal, wage and salary trends, etc.) ? Work well under pressure and be able to source for multiple open jobs at the same time. ? Previous experience using an applicant tracking system (Taleo) highly desired. ?
