Description: ·          The position is for a associate Scientist for Analytical development. \ ·          The position will be part of a multifunctional product development team responsible for development of cell-based products for clinical development. ·          The position will be responsible for conducting Analytical assays and records management. ·          The position is responsible for data management, reporting and integrity. ·          The position will support a culture of innovation and CREDO values, particularly people development, commitment to safety and quality. ·          Plan and execute  Analytical studies ·          Maintain cell cultures ·          Perform flow cytometry ·          Goal orientated ·          Delivery of results ·          Big picture orientation with attention to details ·          Development of plans, timing and budget ·          Collaboration and teaming ·          Cell culture ·          Flow cytometry ·          ELISA ·          Authoring technical reports ·          Experience of GMP and GLP (nice to have) ·          Molecular biology techniques- QPCR (nice to have) ·          Stem Cell organization R&D ·          Biologics R&D ·          PDMS/JSC (analytical) ·          Contract research organizations ·          Vendors ·          Contract manufacturing organizations ·          BSc or related experience in Biological analytics ·          >2 years experience in flow cytometry.
