The target solution model provides for centralized Network, UC and Security services for potentially 600+ sites and 30,000 users nationwide. This solution will focus on the repatriation of Network and Security managed services operating collaboratively in a hybrid model with a custom UC outsourced service. This solution will converge all (3) centers of excellence (Network, Security and UC) into a unified service management infrastructure. Job Description: Strong knowledge of all facets of information security across diverse infrastructure and regulatory environments. Prior experience architecting security solutions with complex infrastructure and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability applying technological and organizational solutions for client delivery assurance. Develops tactical and strategic solutions to client security requirements. Highly refined knowledge of the principles of security threat management, risk management, security policy and process, security architecture, regulatory compliance, maturity of security capability, vulnerability assessment and security incident response. Strong analytical expertise in the review and assessment of the security operations and related service groups within a Service Provider or Enterprise. Leads the technical delivery team in complex client engagements. Strong awareness and experience with security implementation, complex solution deployment, and optimization supporting enterprise operations. Provides client program governance for Operations Management Delivery Track. Responsible for all aspects of delivery and deliverable quality. Masters degree w/min 7 yrs., or 11 yrs. w/o Masters. Extensive experience with architectural design for a full range of Security products and solutions. Specialty knowledge on product and technology integrations, such as workflow, encryption, PKI, encryption protocols, like IFX. Experience with Cisco ASA and FWSM firewalls, AlgoSec Firewall Analyzer, Cisco AIP-SSM IPS modules and CSM server, Cisco 6500 series switches, Cisco ACE load balancer, ArcSight and Trustware SEIM tools, Sourcefire IPS, Enterasys Dragon IPS and EMS servers, Bluecoat Director, and Bluecoat SG9000 and 510 proxy devices.
