Need QA Automation Tester for contract engagement with financial client in Atlanta GA Start Date:ASAP Duration: 6 months Contract Note: Citizen/ GC (3+ years) Local candidates to Atlanta GA required. Job Responsibilities Write test strategies for Functional and Regression testing, execute testing and maintain test environments. Review requirements to assure that requirements can be used to write comprehensive test cases. Ensure integrity of test data, test conditions, sampling and coverage. Work with developers and project managers to develop, maintain and execute QA testing procedures. Review functional test results and provide feedback to project lead in timely fashion where discrepancies exist. Understand business requirements and technical design to assist with defect resolution. Adhere to defect tracking process and monitor defects so they progress in a timely manner. Design and execute test cases based on the specification and use cases Write and maintain traceability Matrix to reflect test coverage Generate the necessary test data for different stages of testing KEY REQUIREMENTS At least 3 to 5 years of QTP Automation experience At least 3 to 5 years testing Web Services and SOAP UI At least 3 years in an Agile environment Experience in testing Java and .NET applications At least 3 years using Quality Center for test planning, execution, and defect management Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc) Must have outstanding communication skills and be able to articulate a testing problem effectively to developers Must be proficient using Windows operating systems (2000, NT, etc) Must be proficient certifying on multiple Internet browsers (IE, Firefox, etc) Experience to TFS experience Experience dealing with onshore/offshore model
