TI3652 Mainframe Development Senior ****Please include the above title when submitting resume**** Mainframe Programmer/Analyst: Develop and maintain Mainframe COBOL & JCL for Account Servicing Applications to meet support and/or project requirements. Interface with business team and server teams to understand business requirements and translate business requirements into formal technical requirements and application code. Develop and execute unit test and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications. Work with business team to complete acceptance testing in; participate in integration testing. Provide Solution Delivery Methodology artifacts associated with application components. Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development. Adhere to all security and control, Sarbanes-Oxley, and change control processes. Adhere to all department processes, tools and methodologies. Participate in production support pager duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage. Skills Required: Strong working knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2/SQL, IMS and CICS. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. Strong testing discipline. Able to function well as a team member, as well as work independently on assignments. Motivated professional (results oriented and self-starter). Skills Preferred: Prior Ford/Ford Credit experience is a plus. Experience with USDM/AGILE. Knowledge of PUPS. Experience with DB2 stored procedures. Experience working with vendors Experience Required: 5+ years of experience with COBOL, JCL, and DB2/SQL. Education Required: B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
