CONTRACTOR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Each proposed staff must meet the following: •At least ten (10) years working experience with IBM z/OS Assembler language at the subject matter expert level including design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting. •At least five (5) years experience in analyzing Assembler source code written and maintained by various programmers with different programming styles for previous versions of the IBM Mainframe platforms. •At least five (5) years working experience with requirements including extracting business rules/function requirements from the Assembler source code. •At least five (5) years expert level knowledge in software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices. •At least five (5) years expert level knowledge and working experience in IBM VSAM Structure and optimization techniques. •At least five (5) years of working knowledge of Software Control Manager tools. •At least five (5) years of working knowledge of IBM z/OS Job Control Language •At least five (5) years of working knowledge of IBM TSO/ISPF. •At least two (2) years of working knowledge of IBM VTAM application programming interface. •At least two (2) years of working knowledge of IBM DB2. •At least two (2) years of experience working with Online Transaction Processing systems. •At least two (2) years of experience producing written documentation including the ABC Flowchart.
