Simple video playlist software that can: -allow me to create a simple playlist like Playlist Creator ( /app-opc.php) -Allow me to make it play random videos -Allow me to schedule specific videos at specified times (like 1400hrs or every 15 minutes. -Assign codes to each video -Playlist to be edited live, without disturbing the current video In addition I would like for now or the future: -Allow selection of videos via text message using assigned codes. -Prioritizing text selection to the top of the list, but not within 5 places of the same video Not sure how much it should cost I'm told its a pretty simple job so no extortionate figures, just a passion project for now. There is a lot of open source stuff that ca be built upon and I'm open to that if it drives the cost down. Lastly if possible I would like a quote for the first set of requirement and another to include the additional requirements. Thank you.
