The Mortgage Customer Service Representative will be checking website for loan inquiries, calling and emailing customers link to apply for loans, forwarding the inquiry to licensed loan officer in the state they reside for pre-qualification, assisting loan officer with follow up on disclosures, and answering phone calls regarding inquiries.
