*Please include a cover letter, highlighting relevant experience, with your response* The Studio at Conde Nast is looking for a Digital Producer/Client Services Manager to oversee the execution of Desktop/Web-based custom campaigns for advertisers across all of our digital properties. The position is currently available for a 3-6 month period, but that timeframe may change. We produce a wide range of campaigns including, but not limited to, microsites, sweepstakes and contests, rich media ad campaigns, UGC campaigns, mobile apps and social media programs such as custom Facebook tabs and applications and Twitter campaigns. Interested candidates should have a minimum of 3+ years of digital project management and/or client services/account management experience and be able to work with our internal design and production teams to execute multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Candidates should be highly motivated self-starters who are ready to hit the ground running. Agency experience is preferred. Core Responsibilities: Primary client contact for major accounts Manage the execution of custom promotional campaigns from start to finish Generate and adhere to campaign production budgets and timelines Monitor campaigns post-launch for optimization Evaluate creative elements throughout the production process to ensure that client objectives are met Interface with other internal departments including Sales and Marketing Generate post-campaign recap reports, analyze metrics and present key learnings to the Sales and Marketing teams Contract external creative/production vendors when necessary Professional Skills: Provide top-notch customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritizing skills Strong attention to detail Ability to represent varying opinions within a strong, collaborative team environment Ability to think objectively and problem solve Passion for emerging technology and working on cutting edge digital campaigns Experience with luxury clients a plus Technical Requirements: Proficiency in PC and MAC Proficiency with MS Word, Excel AND PowerPoint Technical experience with Flash and HTML a plus Experience managing the execution of iPhone/Android apps a plus Keywords: Media, Web, Magazine, Online, Development, Publishing, Advertising, Internet, Agency
