Description Responsible for employing standard project management methods and techniques to ensure successful completion of technology related projects, including system upgrades or implementations. Projects can vary from small, short term projects through large, enterprise level projects across functional areas. Responsible for producing or managing the production of the entire portfolio of project deliverables, including project timelines, budget, task and issue tracking, etc. Engages clients and functional peer groups in information gathering/research, issue identification and management, and change management/acceptance. 5+ years experience Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities Manage HR Project Team to meet HR Technology Strategy and objectives Create, develop and track progress of intiiatives and projects. Ensure milestones are met Resolve project initiatives with other Managers and Leaders Provide guidance to project team members. Provide Status to Leadership periodically through presentations Top 3 - 5 Required Skills Experience in leading medium to large project teams Follows project management process and life cycle Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products, MS Project, Excel and Powerpoint Desired skills Project Management skills Previous Peoplesoft Development Skills Familiarity with Sarbane Oaxley Act of 2002 Soft Skills Ability to work in a diverse and large team environment Process oriented and excellent communication skills Resolving issues
