I have an excel sheet consisting of several tabs I need written in PHO. Essentially, users answer a number of questions, scoring on scale of 1-10 or on a low to high scale. Their results are used to create two graphs, and a text report. Each answer corresponds to a portion of text, and the average of the scores are used to create two graphs that should go at the beginning of the report. I have the templates, but have been doing this manually. I would like this written in PHP so I can incorporate it into a website, and have users answer the questions themselves, and generate the report without manual intervention.
