The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in analysis with expertise in different technologies, business areas, application wide analysis, and proposal of solutions. Assemble, analyze, and represent business requirements. Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and project strategies, and engage in negotiations. Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models, cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on investments. These resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD, and DRP sessions, etc. Business Analysts should also be able to perform as team leaders when necessary. ROLE: IT BUSINESS ANALYST- II WORKING ENVIRONMENT: This is a dynamic environment with rapid change. Individuals should be able to take direction and change priorities rapidly. RESPONSIBLE FOR: Support multiple technology projects to gather information for business systems and partner with UAT and release processes REQUIREMENTS: * 5+ years heavy business analysis experience – working on multiple projects * Very strong experience writing business requirements and produce documents * Must have expert level experience in MS Office products – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook and SharePoint * Solid experience with process flows – database analysis and design * Must have experience gathering requirements * Have a thorough technology and strong business background – ability to translate business and technical requirements effectively * Proficient communication skills – written and verbal * Must have hands-on experience in FULL SDLC – knowledge only will not be considered * Experience facilitating meetings/JAD sessions * Experience working in a liaison role * Must be able to work independently and ability to change priorities quickly PREFERRED SKILLS: * PMP * Six Sigma * Advanced degree At this time, we are unable to engage candidates that require sponsorship.
