Job Description: Immediate openings for 2nd and 3rd shift CNC Machinists!!! Do you have CNC 4 & 5-axis Mill setup experience? Do you have previous inspection expertise of tolerances equal or less than .0005? If so, we are looking for you. Requirements: -At least five years experience operating 4 and 5 axis lathes and mills -HS Diploma or GED -Ability to read and comprehend complex blue prints Summary: -Set up and operate 4-axis CNC lathes and 5-axis CNC machining centers for machining low volume, tight tolerance, appearance critical titanium and aluminum centrifuge rotors -Set up duties include fixture change, qualification and adjustment, length setting and loading, as well as tool assembly -Additional responsibilities include inspection to prints with micrometers, calipers, bore gages, indication and size offsets within CNC control Mandatory pre-employment background and drug screens are required.
